Laura’s Lucious Nice Cream

  • Peel ripe bananas and keep them in the freezer in a zip lock bag.

  • When ready to make the ice cream, take them out of the Ziploc bag and put them in a food processor.

  • Add a huge dollop of sour cream or unsweetened yogurt or similar product.

  • Add a handful of other fruit that you have on hand, such as strawberries, peaches, blueberries, mangoes, or whatever speaks to you at the time.

  • Add a handful of fresh mint if you have it.

  • Whirl in the food processor.

    Even John liked it!
